If a PRINT book is damaged during shipment please notify UPS (our preferred shipper), as well as sending an e-mail to: admin@willowmoonpublishing.com within 72 hours of delivery for directions on returning the book for a replacement copy.

Sales on all eBOOK purchases are final. No exceptions can be made due to the attributes of the electronically published work. Should you fear a computer crash, you may save your download to a CD for your personal use.
